Cummins Tier 3 solutions apply advanced combustion technology to reduce emissions in-cylinder without the need for aftertreatment. Cummins Tier 3 marine product line will serve as the platform for future, more stringent emissions in the U.S. and globally.

Cummins qsk19 marine , with Tier 3 ratings from 660 to 750 hp, and the QSK60, with ratings between 2000 and 2700 hp, are ideally suited for high-hour demanding applications including offshore support, towing, cargo and passenger transport, as well as ship’s service power and diesel electric applications. In fact, Cummins Quantum Series MCRS auxiliary engines were specifically designed for light load operation, while also being capable of providing full power to meet the variable power demands of diesel electric applications. The QSK engines’ Modular Common Rail (MCRS) fuel system featuring closed nozzle injectors and electronic control system allow for speed stability at all load and speed conditions.

- Complete disassembly

- All parts are cleaned and steel parts are hot tanked

- Castings mic'd and checked for cracks and damage

- All new bearings, liners, pistons, rings, gaskets, and seals

- Rebuilt cylinder head(s)

- Rebuilt oil pump, water pump, turbocharger, fuel pump and injectors

- New or rebuilt oil cooler and aftercooler

- Machine block decks, counterbores and line bore, as required

- Machine or replace crankshaft and camshaft(s), as required
