The 890 Series, MTU's line of special purpose diesel engines, are capable of reaching a maximum of 920 kW rated power. The 890 Series diesel engines are specially designed for use in light and medium military vehicles. Models are available with 4R, 5R, 6R, 6V, 8V, or 10V cylinder types.
